AGM on 20 November , all club is invited, 8pm at Kings College Sports Hall, Windsor Avenue
SILVER MEDAL - for John at the Beijing Paralympics. Well done John we are very proud of your brilliant achievement.
John won his semi-final against the American archer, 109-107. In the final he was up against a Czech and lost out 103 to 108.
John is through to the semi - finals beating the Korean 106 - 104, (this tension is not good for me)
John came third in the first round! He now has his quarter final match on Friday

Well done Jackie and Dave Warren for both coming second at the CMO Open last Sunday. Jed came third. Carol, Jan and Terry all represented Malden Bowmen at the event

Spelthorn Well done to the medal winners at this shoot. David Warren came second on the Longbow, Jed and David won the team Longbow trophy and our recurve team came second - made up of Jan, Carol, Dario and Richard.
Atkins - We won! Well done to Dave W, Jacqui, Edmund and Christopher for great performances. Also thanks to Sharon for organising the catering.
Founders Day !! The shoot went very well and thanks to the catering staff who did a brilliant job. Winner of the baby pictures was Peter and Bonnie. Results are on the members only section.
The winner of the 'Alternative Crystal Palace Trophy' 20 April 2008 - Dario!! well done, runner up was Richard and Dan came third. Full results on the Members page. Also Jed came first at the real Crystal Palace competition, winning the St George Longbow competition - Good Shooting! (pity they were so stingy with the medals)
Well done Malden Bowmen -- we won four medals at the Pagoda Shoot! Special mention goes to Jan for winning the Ladies Longbow, Jacqui for 3rd place in the Ladies Recurve, 2nd place for Dave Warren in the Mens Longbow and 3rd place for Pat in the Mens Longbow - exceptional performances!
